Marketing Assistant:
Pros: I manage three websites by myself.
I have total independence in what I do.
I am allowed to be as creative as id like.
Cons: Small office staff so im stuck doing other peoples jobs, like taking order.
Work load is intense.

Pros: Something different and challenging each day.
Cons: Little communication which lead to projects not fully completed.

Pros: I can come in late to avoid traffic on the commute over. And I have my own office. The experience is great.
Cons: I am underpaid, I practically run the business with little help. I commute from a 40 mile distance.

Pros: The variety of the job.
Cons: I do a lot, too much for everyone, not enough time, no appreciation, 2 years in the role, considering to leave, no incentives, no courses; I am competent and confident in a lot of things, would like to have my own direction and priority and ready to grow.
