Marine Mechanic:
Make sure you want to do it. Not a lot of water tests in reality. Unregulated trade, anyone can call themselves a marine mechanic - sadly, at the expense of the trades reputation and hourly rate. Most of the work is going to be grunt work and probably slowly decrease your love of boats. Become an electrician or plumber. We all need to use the bathroom and need the light on. (Both regulated trades with a union)
