Pros: If you have a futuristic and innovative mindset then Pelican Wire is an amazing place to work. They are open to new ideas and embrace change. Employees that have been with the company for 3+ years are all White Belt Lean Six Sigma certified which makes them great thinkers and individual leaders.
Cons: Everyone on the leadership team has a different agenda and instead of working as team they spend their time working on their own individual goals. This creates confusion from one department to the next and it can be extremely frustrating when another department doesn't know the game plan and tries to switch it up without understanding the reason why the game plan is the game plan in the first place.
