Manager, Data Processing Reviews
What is it like working as a Manager, Data Processing?
October 2013
Manager, Data Processing:
Pros: Good friendly atmosphere, the employees find their own way of having a good time without hampering the work. Atleast we have a job.
Cons: Bad management, work politics, working in remote area with always having the fear that if you get to a certain level of paygrade then you might need to look for another job, too much stress level, no fun time for the employees, differentiation in benefits given to the Head Office and Branch Office. Low chances of growth. Low annual increments.
