Maintenance Technician in Chicago:
Great young , modern minded management team. This company is very safety focused, and for a mechanic with a very hands on job it’s a great culture. The pay is very competitive. The benefits are up to par with other large companies. They have many extra money earning programs in place. An example is a employee safety audit where if you complete it every six months you get an older xtra $500.00 bonus. Overall it’s been a pleasure to work here. I have bounced from five different companies in the past 6 or 7 years and this one has hands down been the best experience so far .
