Work hard and do everything you can to take care of your people. The bottom line will be, stay, or get where it needs to be if you use and take care of your employees properly.

Pros: I love working with people. Especially with retired people that just moved in to a new residential complex.
Cons: There's nothing I don't like about the job that I have.

Currently I'm Not Enjoying It Because I Feel I'm Overworked.
Maintenance Manager:
Pros: The things I like about it is I do budget planning which makes me aware on how to go about for the year, attend management meetings which keep me on speed of new developments where I can then be able to draft action plans for any field work that has to be done, I like making service schedules for all equipment in the hotel, also like maintaining the effective running of IT equipment. They's quite a lot that's interesting which make me know if they will be any need for any development or upgrades that need my attention.
Cons: The thing I like the least about my job is the wages I get after the hard work I put in.

Cons: Lots of responsibilities and stress, challenging time management, continuous resetting of priorities.

Cons: Breakdowns after hours.
