Once you are a career employee, the job is only as difficult as you want it to be.

Pros: Benefits and having an “off” day is usually understood and accepted if you get along with supervisors.
Cons: No incentive to be a better worker, pay increases and positions to work are strictly seniority based.

Pros: I'm kept busy and am given near-total discretion with how I do my duties, with very little supervision.
Cons: There's a distinct lack of communication between my team and the customer we contract with.

Pros: The money is very good but to put up with the horrible place and actions of management is not good.
Cons: Management is lazy and horrible they let the lazy people not do there jobs and pick on the people that do.
