Pros: A few good people
Cons: It is like being in high school again everyone has their little group and trash talks about each other

I have no life outside of work and it's depressing lol.

Pros: The wide open spaces
Cons: The current cost of living inflation due to the amount of industry moving here. We're not really compensated for it (yet at least). I could live in Sacramento for the same price and have a far better social life and would overall be happier.
