Machinery Maintenance Mechanic in Albuquerque:
Pros: Opportunity to learn, decent pay and people. Freedom to grow at your own pace whether faster or slower. Enjoy being treated professionally and valued for my work. Enjoy the combination of mechanical, electrical, and chemical science driving the company. Information is readily available to those seeking strongly enough to understand. Also, I love getting creative with projects and tinkering.
Cons: Schedule can be unruly, there are times I've worked 13-14 hours a day for a month straight. Times where the team I work with can be at each other's throats. The corporate aspect can feel strangling at times with restrictions on capabilities. Outsource to much instead of looking internally to fill positions which leads to high turnover and company veterans leaving when not being given more opportunities to fill higher positions.
