Eyeopening.

Organized chaos in a fast paced high stress environment.

Logistics Engineer in Salt Lake City:
Pros: The outdoors.
Cons: Everyone moving here from California. Utah has done well for itself in creating an enviorment for businesses to suceed. Those businesses are moving here from California and so are the people. The people are trying to bring their ideals to change the state polictal climate while getting away from the policies that worked against them in California.
March 2019
A lot of diversified projects.
Logistics Engineer in Plattsburgh:
Pros: the diversity of project, the international aspect of the company, the complexity of our products
Cons: lack of line direction from management, highly political organization
February 2019
Logistics Engineer:
First the bad: I get constant bad communication, and I was baited and switched on compensation when I was hired, and the hiring process was also extremely disorganized. People are seldom fired or demoted, and that includes ones who need to be. Your membership in certain social circles (churches, country clubs, etc.) will matter for your career trajectory.
Now the good: the working environment is fairly relaxed. The company's go-to-market strategy in the digital realm is the right one. The sky is the limit for this company if it can get its act together and get out into market with the right strategies.

Logistics Engineer:
This is the place where dreams go to die. If you're an engineer you're wasting your skills working here. If you're a production worker, they'll work you like a dog. There's lack of communication and diversity. Also the pay is below average.
January 2019
DoD workspace.
Logistics Engineer in Huntsville:
Pros: Diverse environment
Cons: To many engineers
