Ins And Outs Of Hotel Lifestyle.
Line Cook:
Pros: Working with gourmet and exotic food, the fast pace and challenges that make you a better chef.
Cons: The commute is the hardest and the petty drama that some non culinary staff members bring into the kitchen which stirs up conflict, also the work load for the time frame given.

Pros: The thing that I like most about my job would be the people that I'm around they are like family. That's about it though.
Cons: Almost everything, they are unfair to their workers. Unprofessional and just run a bad business trying to save themselves all of the money that they can and make us work harder for nothing.

Pros: You get to meet great people an eat lot of food....
Cons: You have to do the same thing over an over again it get to you sometimes.

Working lots of hours.
Line Cook:
Pros: Makeing the customers happy and knowing I am doing the best of my abilities.
Cons: No benefits and work over 65hrs every week and I don't have a life.

Not My Cup Of Tea.
Line Cook:
Pros: I like that it pays the bills and is within biking distance from home.
Cons: Late hours and lots of hours standing. No breaks.

Pros: The atmosphere and the people around and great business.
Cons: When people don't show up on time or call in too much and say why they cant make it to work and or just lie to not be able to come in.
