Pros: Having secure steady employment
Cons: Unpaid unconstitutional overtime hours and unclear defined job requirements. Leading to more added complex work I am not educated in doing and made to work 7days a week to prevent me going to the CCMA out of fear of losing my job if I fail to be at work promptly everyday

Challenging but fulfilling.
Life Coach in Johannesburg:
Pros: The ability to shape an outcome and future which is more aligned with a work/life balance.
Cons: Coaching is a soft service, in that you trade your time, experience and knowledge and not a tangible product. I find that clients who are experience financial difficulty will first try reduce their costs by cutting "soft services". Despite having contracts in place, it is often better to wait out the period in which a client can't pay, and re-engage at a later stage.
