Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in Bennington:
Pros: The Bayada Team is amazing and I am honored to be apart of their team. Mainly I love caring for and being with my Clients, I feel like I'm making a difference in the client's life's and giving them hope, making them happy and comfortable.
Cons: The pay, I don't feel like I should get paid the same amount as a HHA when I'm an LNA and had to not only pay alot of money to take the classes and to do all that schooling and then having to pay for my License after passing the class when I can do alot more as in giving medication to clients if needed and having more experience, knowledge in how to care for clients properly when an HHA doesn't have to have any experience and didn't have to pay and work hard to get an LNA License and have to pay every 2yrs to renew their LNA License.

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):
I love working there the unit manager Mercedes is amazing she ,cares for the residents very much and her staff! Upper management is not very pleasant to there staff and administration has gone down since old administrator has left I am a current employee soon to be former pay is not the greatest benefit are horrible if your license don't expect to get paid based on years experience. One good thing they had was the Christmas bonus but now that has even gotten lowered this year .
