Agency structure results in misuse of employee resources and contributes to communication issues. Lack of staff to cover responsibilities to clients in a timely manor. On the positive. Many awesome people I work with that have high work ethics as well as dedication to clients. There is wiggle room to implement creativity. Agency is supportive to in individuals with diabilities. Pleasent work environment.
