Librarian / Cataloger Reviews
What is it like working as a Librarian / Cataloger?
May 2020
Librarian / Cataloger:
The benefits are excellent, and they understand that you have a life outside work. The pay borders on insulting. Communication between departments is inefficient at best and downright nasty at worst. People who have been there 25+ years are territorial, passive-aggressive, and refuse to delegate. Southwest is great for people who are just starting their careers and need a chance to get their foot in the door, but at this point in time, this isn't a place to work for for any longer than 2-5 years.
