Pros: Teaching students new concepts and seeing the understanding dawn in their eyes, open their minds and enrich their lives, thoughts and experiences. Open plan, multi-disciplinary office shared between lecturers from different qualifications and courses being lectured at the college.
Cons: Having students fail a test, because they did not properly study the material you covered with them.

Cons: Unreasonable in take of students.

Pros: Friendly working environment. Clean, new building. Approachable management.
Cons: Very little in the way of promotions. Betterment of education & work experience are not taken into account (i.e. No salary adjustments). Good work is not rewarded. No annual bonus.
