Leasing Consultant:
Pros: I love showing the homes and meeting new people. It can be challenging at times, but it's truly rewarding. Unlike most customer service jobs, the hard work you put in to your job directly benefits you.
Cons: Due to the on-demand nature of the job, it can be difficult to get back-office work completed in a timely manner. Frequent distractions can cause you to easily get knocked off task. Prioritizing skills and a good organization system is key.
