No education, no professional advancement, no reimbursement for any professional memberships, certifications, classes, licensing, zip. Top down management that does not listen to workers. managers take all the credit, don't do any work, and give all the blame and the work to the grunts while they take all the perks

Pros: Meet new people and different type of people. You help them with a place to stay and some of them really grateful. Nice feeling if you can help someone out. Very challenging and everyday is something new.Always busy and on the go.
Cons: When the people don't pay the rent and you get shouted on by owners and if you need to deal with rude costumers.
