Pros: Once a skill is learned, either through training or on the job shadowing, you have alot of autonomy to complete the tasks in a way that works for you. You are not expected to conform to a mold.
Cons: Gap in communication between upper management and associates, not all necessary information is communicated. Pay for many job descriptions is below average.
