Cons: My co workers there are rude to customers and are not helpful to me or my customers

Pros: Paid weekly, fairly easy work, 401k, short commute.
Cons: Rude and entitled customers, understaffed, management doesn't give constructive feedback, lot of personal drama in the workplace.

I love what I do.

Pros: I love the people I work with. Everyone is so nice and understand.
Cons: The pay we have 6 employees and soon to be 5 so we work a lot and pull a lot of doubles to make the store look great. I feel we should be getting paid more for all the work we do.

Pros: I like the customers and helping them get the right product for the right job.
Cons: That most issues are ignored and/ or just swept under the rug. Also the fact that assistant and above as well as sales reps get bonuses for the labor the other employees do.

It's great. I've been given a lot of responsibility and am appreciative of the opportunity I've been given but I feel like there is always room for better.

Pros: I get to interact with a lot of different people on a regular basis. I learn something new everyday and genuinely enjoy going to work.
Cons: Sometimes i feel like i could be further and do better and it's really hard to regulate hours when employees are so few.
