Pros: I like being outdoors every day.
Cons: The pay and upper management. They treat people different.

Pros: The freedom of it, and the great people I meet and work with. And making great money to give back to people who really need it.
Cons: People who rip me off and don't pay me after I did my part. One sided people.

Pros: That it is flexible and there is a great group of blokes I work with.
Cons: The work is pretty boring sometimes and sometimes the boss can be in a bad mood.

Cons: My boss is a drug addict and she spends all theoney we make on more drugs.

Pros: Close to home, work is varied and hours are reasonable.

Get a better education. Too much work for little pay..

Cons: Lack of organisation, unskilled workers ,lazy atattudes, poor communacation lotsof confusion.
