You must continue to keep pushing yourself and accepting new challenges. Don't settle to be happy, continue to grow as a person. Sell more, manage more, keep learning new industry advantages. Stay ahead of the curve. Learn how to manage people and not say yes to everyone! Speak up, but at the same time know when to say less. Forecast the future so that you can sustain quality control. Once you figure out how to sell, it becomes easy, keeping the customer is what matters.
