Under paid.
Laborer in Murray:
Pros: I like making stuff and seeing it in completion. I like fixing things other people find complicated.
Cons: Boss not wanting to work.

Pros: The people I work with but the supervisors suck.
Cons: How we get treated like crap.

Pros: When I leave at the end of the day.
Cons: Being at home & knowing I have to go back tommorrow. My time off is not enjoyable as I am always dreading going back to work.

Pros: Not having to supervise anyone but myself.
Cons: Others not taking pride in their work.

Employment aspects and payment rules.
Laborer:
Pros: Agency bus drives employees to their job location and back at their ecoense , cut off from their salaries per week. Also, ability to work with different factories/ 'industries, meet new recreational techniques thus increasing learning chances. Lastly, when to work is a choice and not a protocol of the agency to decide.
Cons: - Only good for permanent workers, not for students. -Pays less than needed. -Stressful and tiring. - Unsatisfied.
