Pros: Bulawayo is a very quiet city. Life is not that expensive compared to other cities and it's sharing of borders with South Africa, Botswana and Namibia makes it easier to access materials and holiday adventures with my family.
Cons: There is some elements of tribalism.

Pros: The area, it's not too far from my home.
Cons: The snobby upper class patients who treat you like we are beneath them and the world revolves around them.

You cannot, & will not, be able to learn all of the requirements and duties by reading a manual, or within 6 months. This is an on-going challenge and constantly changing role. You must learn how to adapt and think out side the box as well as step in to other roles without direct instruction.

Pros: You receive a lot of knowledge and learn new skills when working as an assistant. The work is never exactly the same.
Cons: It is a very demanding industry to work in. You have to be on point with everything and be willing to do the work that is the least fun. Other people will sometimes take credit for your work.
