Its the best for student learning, but its doesn't have the growth opportunity for the experienced lab analyst. No growth at all. Salary wise not fair compared to other sides.

Cons: Is that we don't get well growth towards our career.

Its place I can be for now, no professionalism and favoritism is always used, new analyst are not given an opportunity to learn more equipment. We are paid lower compare to other analyst who arrived with us some time only months differ.
