Rights.
Kitchen Manager, Restaurant:
Do not expect to get holidays, weekends or nights off. Your job is more than just 40 hours a week. Even when you are off, you will be doing something work related. Fielding phone calls, ordering food, or just planning in your mind the next day of business. Take the stress in stride and try to let your sense of humor carry you through.

McDonald's insight.
Kitchen Manager, Restaurant:
Pros: I like working for McDonald's cause of the fast-paced atmosphere and how everyone is like one big family. The pay is very nice for a kid my age who is also going to college full-time. Flexible scheduling, extremely nice front-office management and stock-options are my favorites.
Cons: The stress level for a job with this sort of pay just plain old sucks. Some nights I question why I even took my job. Customers can be very rude and being cussed at for other peoples mistakes isn't fun at all.
