Know Your Worth.
Keyholder:
Be assertive and know your worth. Take advantage of all learning opportunities. Do your job correctly and don't cut corners. If you're young, be aware that people WILL try and take advantage of you with wages and hours but stand up for yourself and make yourself a known asset to the company. Utilize all resources available to you whether its extra training, working in new stores or being a leader of a great attitude.
