Key Holder Reviews
What is it like working as a Key Holder?
September 2021
We need to be paid more for the work we do.
Key Holder in Orlando:
Pros: The discounts are great. Love the merchandise; great bras, pajamas and underwear. Weekdays aren't that bad when it's not busy.
Cons: The demographic is terrible in my location at least. We get the most entitled, selfish and bratty customers and all corporate will do is give them more and more discounts when they complain that we didn't discount an item for no reason. They do not care about their employees. Our wages our awful for the amount of stress we endure. New management does not help with customers.
June 2021
A lot of responsibility but enjoyable.
Key Holder in Lorain:
Pros: My boss is awesome and let's me work how I want. I'm trusted.
Cons: To much work expected in not enough time. Our registers are atrocious, constantly not working.
June 2021
This job made me homeless.
Key Holder in Greensboro:
Pros: The people, it’s one of the only redeeming qualities
Cons: They will exploit their employees to no end. I work up to the limit of full time and receive no benefits, not only that but they pay so far below industry standards it would be laughable if i were not now homeless because of it.
May 2021
I like having the responsibility.
Key Holder in Florence:
Pros: It's relatively easy
Cons: I don't feel like I get enough hours, I'm always offered drugs by other employees and I don't get paid enough.
April 2021
It's honestly a good job great company to work for. With covid-19 our sales went up 75percent more than we ever had an for 5 months that we averaged 35 percent over an #1 in sales a week.
Key Holder in Corbin:
Pros: I've had 2 of the best general managers that I ever worked for. I get 40 to 50 hours a week.
Cons: That we get call ins every week. An when no one else will step up to the plate to cover shifts. Causes myself to pull doubles at least 2 3 times a week an agm won't even try refuses to close refuses to close pretty much an makes 12 an hour. While I'm 9.50. she does sched for gm an 5 days a week
November 2020
I was hired in at $9.00 hourly, became part of management 9 months ago and was lied to about a raise and paid holidays.
Key Holder in Erwin:
Pros: Nothing. I’v never been treated fair
Cons: They are crooked and some things are illegal
November 2020
Hard work. But rewarding.
Key Holder in Scarborough:
Pros: The end of the shift when it looks perfect and my job is complete
Cons: Being left to always clean up the mess left by the day staff
