I enjoy my job but the internal politics make it hard to grow the business and I cannot make decisions on my own, furthermore all my ideas get shot down.it’s more demotivating then motivating.

Cons: Management style is to micro manage this was before covid, no faith in employees, not given opportunities to get things done but rather be questioned, focus on the wrong things rather then getting the work done, support, accepting information and working with the employee to grow the business
