Pros: There is plenty of technology to learn. Fidelity invest heavily in their technologist/technology.
Cons: The job can be slow at times due to lack of work or time available from more senior members of the team.

Pros: Training was up to the mark and was exposed to the new technology named SAP HANA which was out of box for me but has taken that challenge and completed the allocated task most successfully.

Cons: Least flexible work hours, absence of canteen at work place, travelling, untimely tasks, politics at workplace.
