Cons: The weather is pretty cold and the pay is subpar when compared to many other EU countries. In addition, tech adoption is really slow - i wish i could do Kubernetes and containers, but nope... Only on ny own.

Pros: Relaxed culture with straightforward people, excellent work-life balance, low living costs relative to pay and not a hectic town to live in.
Cons: Limited number of companies to choose between for work and it feels like there are limited options available for growth, be it personal. career or financial.
Few people are career oriented but instead tend to be focused on family. Also people seem rather risk averse.
