Inventory Planner in Atlanta:
Lowball pay, non-market level benefits, suffocating bureaucracy and no room for growth- only lateral moves. Old school. Terrible open office plan. Not enough bathrooms or elevators to accommodate all the people they’ve stuffed into less floors. Getting rid of inside cafeteria as well.

Cons: Cross functional duties with other departments and politics.

Pros: Friendly atmosphere, for the most part.
Very few mandated responsibilities, thus deadlines and/or responsibilities are very attainable.
Cons: Business is shrinking and many lay offs are happening.
Very little guidance or department direction identified or discussed.
Immediate change of direction (short term planning) happens often, due to very little longer term planning or identification.
