Pros: My hours, and what I do for work.
Cons: Having to work 40 hrs a week, when I am suppose to be part time. My employer takes me for granted.

Inventory control clerk.
Inventory Control Clerk:
Pros: Dont work on weekends or holidays. Morning shift hours allow me to have more time with my children.
Cons: Dealing with co workers who don't understand ordering process. Little to no communication with management. No perks or incentives. Alot of work not enough compensation!

Pros: I enjoy doing the outlined job duties and optimizing what can be done in order to make day to day operations less tedious.
Cons: The amount of work I do outside of my job job description and the lack of financial reward.
