Pros: Customer service is #1. Customers love the honesty they get from me in a pressure free way because I am not a sales person. The look on their face when we get them into their new vehicle is a great feeling.
Cons: When customers get ignorant with me due to being a haggle free dealership. The expectation that the more I do the more I am willing to do for the same pay. Have only increased $2.50/hr plus commission, which I do have to work for after office hours as well, in 4.5 years at work.

Online Marketing - Fast Paced.
Internet Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: I like that I get to make my own strategy and implement it. Online marketing is always changing so you rarely get bored. I also enjoy how it is more immediate and results are tangible as opposed to traditional marketing which can be very vague difficult to track.
Cons: The con to making and implementing my own strategy is that I have no assistance in doing so. Which makes it very time consuming and stressful to design a plan, implement it and then track it.
