Interior Designer Reviews
What is it like working as an Interior Designer?
September 2021
An okay place to scramble into the industry, not quite what I want from a career.
Interior Designer in Clive:
Pros: I enjoy the casual atmosphere and feeling like I can speak to my coworkers as friends also.
Cons: The casual atmosphere doesn’t have a boundary and many topics that come up at work seem hateful and charged with a political opinion that feels stifling for anyone who may not agree.. as a woman in a male dominated industry, it’s refreshing to see men who empower us, and I don’t feel that at all here. I feel like I’m constantly trying to prove I can do the simplest tasks due to a blinded, blanket assumption I’m labeled with.
