Every Day is Different.
Interaction Designer:
Pros: I like the fast-paced work environment and ability to work on different types of projects each day. It really keeps things from getting mundane and boring.
Cons: Slow periods. There seems to be weeks on end where 1/2 of the team isn't working on much. On the plus side, it allows for time to catch up on design articles/books/blogs.
