Positive Environment; Impactful and Challenging Work; Stressful.
Integration Engineer in Madison:
Pros: The work is interesting, it forces me to grow better due to the challenge and pressure, and it makes a positive difference in people's healthcare. All of the people that I work with are positive, driven, and intelligent. The campus is pretty cool.
Cons: Multiple customers - lots of task switching. Very high pressure, high mental drain, and often average 50 hours per week. No work from home and must live within 40 minutes of the campus.
