Cons: While the company provides full training, they don't provide a base pay. Any failure you experience is your fault, and the managers will blame you and blatantly shame you for it. They will tell you you're not following the program, and all the good things they've shown you before were FAKE! If you don't reach the targets, they will show their EVIL ATTITUDE and be RUDE to you!
