Leadership is not transparent about where the organization is headed. Benefits have slowly been taken away over time to the point where they are average at best. The over all culture is very toxic and divisive.

This is not the type of work you 'settle into'. You need to be agile, forward looking, and constantly learning. Your skill set should be a constant state of work and rework. Creativity is a must. So is discipline.
