Pros: My title wasn't an option—ID was the closest match. I love the mission of CfC and the work environment.
Cons: Your are not as valued if you are a contractor, even if you’ve been there a year. There’s little room to advance and some power hoarding.

Instructional Designer in Columbus:
Pros: It's not always the case (as in many companies) but managers work hard to give you opportunity to grow and feel comfortable best they can. Unlimited PTO (within reason) and flexible schedules.
Cons: Feel isolated at times. Could have higher quality of communication between teams. Contractors can sometimes feel out of the loop.
