Great city and great people.
Inside Sales Manager in Newcastle-upon-Tyne:
Pros: It feels like a very up and coming city. With lots of investment in digital and software companies. There are lots of facilities/things to do and easy to get around on public transport e.g. Metro. The city isn't that big so when walking out on lunch in the city centre there are tons of options within a short distance. The people are great too, I moved to Newcastle 2 years ago and they all welcomed me and made me feel settled very quickly.
Cons: There is little to dislike but it's often really windy but that's me probably being pedantic.

Think before you act. The customer is always right and you are only as good as your least productive employee. Lead by example, don't talk down to your staff, your team is a reflection of you and determines your pay and job stability. Be the first one in and the last one to leave. Always have a positive attitude and be approachable to your employees.
