Pros: The people that I interact with on a regular basis are great. The freedom to do my work how I see it should be done is great overall.
Cons: The lack of seeing what issues, struggles, or lack of help creates a hard atmosphere to be in. Can't get jobs or projects done because others won't provide the help that is needed.

Pros: One you get here you are stuck. There is little Opportunity to make a change at the management level. Plenty of manual labor abd warehouse work though.
Cons: It is a divided town. Racial divides are very apparent and that's not good. If you are going to live here live in a smaller suburb with decent schools. Anyone who can afford it does private school in Jackson. Which is why I live the the South Gibson county school district.
