I think Capgemini Italy (to be precise in Milan) is a good and solid company. They usually offer a good contract with multiple benefits, but there is a high turnover which often leads to be short in people and talent. Overall I found a friendly work environment and easygoing managment. The downside I found are: 1. Having little time to meet the deadline; 2. For juniors have little chance of being mentored properly. I suggest them to work on better managment for retaing seniors and to develop an always better working environment.

Not recommended for people who are very ambitious and looking to grow fast. Highly political environment, management is very conservative in terms of every thing, they steal people’s hard work and don’t pay enough to employees this is just to make sure they maintain very high margin so that they get paid well that is more than 100% variable for themselves which shows they have decade old mentality and culture.
