Define And Outline Responsibilities.
In-Home / Live-In Babysitter:
I am a Household Manager for a frequently traveling couple and provide full time care and feeding for their 3 dogs. One of the dogs is diabetic and requires insulin shots 2 times daily. I also clean their 5000 sq. ft. home weekly, launder and press their clothes, run errands to dry cleaners, post office, grocery shopping and manage household needs. These responsibilities have expanded over the past year. I am provided room and board, internet access and cable tv and a private room and bath. I get 2 weeks vacation annually, but because of my employers' busy travel schedules, I work 7 or more days without time off. I receive no health insurance benefits. My weekly salary is $450. My initial contract left me without a clear spelled out list of responsibilities that could be unlimited.
