Pros: I love working with people. All types of people. Getting to interact and help them with issues. Knowing all the employees names and for them to feel HR is approachable and cares.
Cons: I do not like how much work is put on one person and the stress level that can sky rocket due to such a workload. The unwillingness of a comp nay to see and pay a deserving employee what they should to show they appreciate them.

Corporate Culture And The Exposure.

Pros: Corporate culture is one of the major things I learnt till now and also the people whom I meet from around the world online whom I help, the satisfaction I get when I do the job by helping.
The benefits I get in the society of being a working woman is another major boost.
Cons: Initially, commuting was the major concern. Now, I enjoy the commute with my friends as well.

Make sure that you perform your duties and support other departments when you can. Even when you have a manager does not want to share or allow you to perform all the duties that falls under your job description. Be mentally ready to deal with the surrounds until you are able to start a new job else where.
