The cost of working in Washington, DC.
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator in Washington:
Pros: Having access to a lot of restaurants, shops, and areas to go for a walk. It also makes it easier to meet people for shared activities in the city after work.
Cons: The commute from Northern VA is longer than I would like, and to decrease the time it takes to get to work I'm spending incredible amounts of money on tolls and parking. Also, being in the city, the air quality isn't as good and there is sometimes a concern for safety near my office building.
December 2018
Fast-paced.

Pros: I’ve lived in Houston my entire life so it’s difficult to compare.
