Sage is a good company but they do not have competitive wages. They need to offer more money to employees. They can’t expect people to take on such a huge work load for such little pay. The over all culture of the company is awesome.

Overworked and under paid. Middle management is the worst. Medical and dental benefits were decent but getting in to see a NS doctor was very hard and long wait times for certain specialists. Upper management didn’t care about the hourly employees.
