First to connect to the community; insure hospital gets paid.
Hospital Admitting Clerk:
Pros: Connecting and serving my community is the first that comes to my mind. I love validating and changing someones day for the better, even if it doesn't benefit me. I love to use my intuitive skills to vamp up customers service when needed and be a brand ambassador for my company.
Cons: I dislike how disconnected upper management is from the true flow of business. I am discouraged by upper management serving themselves and hiding behind a the cover of serving the community.
