Overwhelming yet fulfilling.

Pros: The people I get to work with on a daily basis, the freedom that if I'm doing my job well I'm left to do it without much over site or micromanagement. Working with clients and their pets is very rewarding.
Cons: It is stressful and emotional and in general the field is low paid for the weight of the responsibilities and expectations.

Amazing, and working with the talent staff that I have is the main reason I have not looked elsewhere for employment. Going to work and being a part of the amazing team makes up for the poor pay.
