Hospice Nurse Case Manager:
I believe that this is a great company because of the culture and heart of the company. Leadership in this company is very intentional. It's a hard job, but I wouldn't want to do it with a different company.
December 2018
Hospice Nurse Case Manager:
It was really good 4 years ago. Lots of changes not for the better. Top heavy mgmt work load impossible RNCM salary and always working over 40 hours and not getting paid for it. Having to deliver supplies so your car is always full of diapers, not reimbursed for mileage, they take over your phone with emails, texts and a stupid app that doesn’t work. New charting system is cumbersome and time consuming. Most employees looking for another job.
